Meet the Team
Stacey Taylor serves as the executive director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. She is a committed leader and has almost a decade of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to working in senior living, Stacey was a vice president in banking for over two decades. She is passionate about helping seniors and making them feel at home, and lives by her motto to “never settle for good enough, good is the enemy of great” every day.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets or curling up on the couch with a good book. She is a huge 49ers fan and loves to watch football.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Diane Pollock is the director of Sales and Marketing at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. She has over two decades of sales experience in property management, construction and senior living. She is committed to her clients and caters to their every need.
Diane has lived in Reno for over three decades with her family. In her free time, you can find Diane gardening, camping, fishing, hiking and riding her bike by the Truckee River.
Business Office Director
Janice Clark serves as the Business Office director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. She has over two decades of experience in the customer service and billing industries. Janice enjoys working with numbers and has a strong attention to detail. She is passionate about ensuring everyone around her has a positive and uplifting experience while staying at Kiley Ranch.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with her grandson, painting, gardening and listening to music.
Kara Gardner, R.N.
Resident Care Director
Kara Gardner joined Kiley Ranch Senior Living as the Resident Care director, bringing over 10 years of experience in emergency care. She is a certified dementia practitioner and focuses on bringing exceptional customer service and compassion to her role on this team.
Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her twin sons and daughter. She likes skiing, paddle boarding and Disneyland.
Vibrant Life® Director
Terri Basso discovered her passion for senior care while caring for her mother. She learned how important it was to make each day fun and fulfilling while providing meaningful opportunities to connect with family, friends and the community. Terri aims to bring this philosophy to her role as Vibrant Life® director at Kiley Ranch.
In her free time, you can find Terri gardening, decorating, painting, antiquing, and camping in her ’64 Airstream Bambi with her husband and their Bernese Mountain dog.
Generations Program Director
Viki Lowrey is the Generations program director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. Viki has over three decades of experience working in memory care and the medical field. She is passionate about inspiring seniors to live their lives with joy and helping memory care residents with their journey.
Outside of work, Viki enjoys spending time with her daughters, grandchildren and pets. She likes gardening and making bouquets.
Culinary Services Director
Joseph Leberski is the Culinary Services director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. He trained at the New England Culinary Institute and has been cooking professionally for almost four decades. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with the residents of Kiley Ranch. Joseph looks forward to the monthly Food for Thought meetings where residents share their menu suggestions.
Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and is a fan of all things Disney and the Denver Broncos.
Building Services Director
Patrick Deterding is the Business Services director for Kiley Ranch Senior Living. He has previously worked as a caregiver and medication aide in memory care and assisted living communities and traumatic brain injury facilities. Patrick is a problem-solver who is constantly seeking new ways to help others and grow as an individual.
Originally hailing from Sacramento, Calif., Patrick is passionate about math, physics and philosophy, and spends much of his free time reading books to better understand these subjects. He also enjoys composing music, building furniture, and spending time with his friends and family.
