Stacey Taylor

Executive Director

Stacey Taylor serves as the executive director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. She is a committed leader and has almost a decade of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to working in senior living, Stacey was a vice president in banking for over two decades. She is passionate about helping seniors and making them feel at home, and lives by her motto to “never settle for good enough, good is the enemy of great” every day.  

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets or curling up on the couch with a good book. She is a huge 49ers fan and loves to watch football.

John Murphy

Director of Sales and Marketing

John Murphy brings nearly 40 years of mass media management and sales experience to Kiley Ranch Senior Living and has worked in the senior living industry since 2019. Improving the lives of elders and their families has become more than a new career path for John; it’s his passion. A believer in lifelong learning, John is also furthering his education through the University of Southern California’s Leonard School of Gerontology. 

John has lived in the Reno/Tahoe area for over 50 years. He met his wife, Laurie, when she was a radio DJ and he was managing sales at the same station. They’ve been married for over 30 years and have two grown sons, a granddaughter and a Yorkie mix rescue, Bob the Dog. John enjoys a wide variety of music, traveling and home improvement projects. 

Bryce Allen

Bryce Allen

Culinary Services Director

Chef Bryce Allen serves as the Culinary Services director at Kiley Ranch Senior Living. Originally hailing from northern California, Bryce began his culinary journey at the age of 16. He earned his A.A. degree in culinary arts and specializes in Mediterranean and American traditional cuisine with a focus on healthy lifestyle diets. Bryce believes that the way to someone’s heart is through good food, so he will be tugging at our residents’ heartstrings with amazing culinary experiences!  

In his free time, Bryce enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and skiing in the Great Basin. 

Kyla Williams

Kyra Williams

Vibrant Life® Director

Kyra Williams was born in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she lived for 30 years until moving to Reno in 2020. Kyra has been caring for seniors throughout her life. “Working with the elderly makes me feel like I have purpose and brings warmth to my heart,” she said.  

Growing up, Kyra was active, earning her black belt in tae kwon do at age 15 and participating in cheerleading. When she’s not directing activities at the community, you can find Kyra drawing, painting, practicing photography, singing, and spending time with friends and family.

Vicki Scott-Jackson

Vicki Scott-Jackson

Generations Program Director

Vicki Scott-Jackson was born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Opelousas, La., known as the “Creole Capital of the World,” birthplace of Zydeco music and the home of Alamo hero Jim Bowie. 

Beginning her career as a caregiver, Vicki worked her way to the role of Generations Program director. Memory care has been her passion for over a decade, and Vicki says that “there is no greater feeling to me than being able to keep smiles on the faces of not only my residents, but their loved ones, as well.”
